What sparked your interest in acting?
The first community theatre production I did when I was 11, it was called “The Three Pigs’ New Adventure” with Four Seasons Musical Theatre and I played the bird.
What do you love about your job?
I love how my job makes me feel and I love what the finished product and the process can do for others– create community, cause reflection, inspire change. I find acting both a rigorous and liberating practice that makes me VERY EXCITED TO BE ALIVE. I feel like a giddy, intellectual, clown when I get to work.
During these interesting times, what keeps you inspired?
People, possibility, hope, watching movies/shows, OUTSIDE/NATURE. Remembering that we’re all IN IT, on a journey to reckon with ourselves, grow, and also enjoy as much of our time here as we can and help each other out as much as we can.
What’s coming up for you?
I filmed two movies this year, one directed by Randall Okita, the other by Max McGuire where I played twins. I also got to do some fight choreography for both of those, which I really enjoy doing. I also took a spin on “Frankie Drake” directed by R.T. Thorne, and a secret pilot. Stay tuned for all these to come out.
Tell us one fun fact about you.
I love sheep.
